I am a former NHL player and Olympic silver medalist and I am on a mission to change how athletes understand performance.

My work goes beyond mental skills. I help athletes shift from playing small — driven by fear, pressure and survival , to performing from a more expanded place where competition is embraced, opponents are respected and the game becomes a full expression of who they truly are.

When a player stops performing for approval and starts expressing themselves freely — that is where pure performance lives. That is the new paradigm I am building toward — one athlete at a time.
